India is now poised to become a global giant in technology and industry and therefore centre-staging of legal education gains global relevance. In the past, legal education was merely looked at as an entry process for those who want to practice law. The learning process was to equip students with the minimum knowledge and no skill training. In these days of diversity, competition and unlimited opportunity, legal education needs to be globally relevant and of international standard. Human endeavours have undergone a fundamental change with new professions and new opportunities opening up with the explosion of knowledge and revolution in information and technology. Present-day students of law can never be satisfied with mere textbook knowledge, information globally and readily available on the World Wide Web. What is required of a law student is the capacity to comprehend such information, synthesize them, analyze and apply them to make it relevant to a given situation. This calls for tact and skills in the interpretation and the application of law in addition to sound knowledge of the law.

She has completed BA Sociology, Psychology, and Communicative English from St.Aloysius College, Mangalore, in 2021 and completed MA Sociology from Loyola College, Chennai, in 2023.
Areas of interest include sociological theories, research methodology, social anthropology, rural sociology, and Indian social problems.
She has presented a research paper on “Understand and explore the determinants of child abuse” at the international conference organized by BCM College.
She has participated in various seminars, conferences, and lectures at the state, national, and international levels.
From September 2023, she is working as a full-time faculty member at NA Global Law School, Bangalore, handling subjects like Sociology and English.

Mr. Rajeswara Rao T V has completed Degree of Bachelor of Law from Andhra University in the year 1990, Degree of Master of Law from Nagpur University in the year 1994 and Master of Philosophy from Madurai Kamaraj University in the year 2007. He has also completed Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Human Resources Management in the year 2018 from NIBM.
Mr. Rajeswara Rao practised as Advocate in the year 1990-92 in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
He has having professional experience in both Academic and Industry more than 25 years in prominent Institutions / organizations and served as Faculty as well as Managerial Positions in the State of Karnataka..
From February 2024, he is working as a Full Time Faculty in NA Global Law College, Bangalore handling Law subjects like Legal Methods, Taxation and Labour Laws for BA LLB and LLB students..
He is proficient to conduct Moot courts competitions for emerging areas of Law and impart Legal knowledge to the students in depth and apply them to realistic scenarios.

Dr. Binu Joseph

He completed the B.A. in Political Science at St. Thomas, Palai (affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam) in 2007. His M.A. was also in Political Science at St. Thomas College Palai in 2009. He was also the first rankholder in M.A. Political Science. The Ph.D. was awarded to him on the topic India’s Development Assistant to Nepal: A Study with Special Reference to the UPA-II and NDA-II Governments from Pondicherry Central University in 2023. He was also qualified for the UGC-NET in Political Science. Formerly, he was an assistant professor (on contract) at St. Thomas College, Palai, and the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.
He has published five research articles in various national and international journals and books. He has participated in and presented research papers at various national and international conferences. Since December 2023, he has been working as a full-time faculty member in Political Science.

Mrs. Devisree A.L is a qualified legal professional and academician with a Master of Law (LL.M) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Alliance College of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree.
With over five years of legal practice in various Civil and Criminal Courts across Kerala, she has extensive experience in handling civil disputes, family matters, and criminal cases. Her legal practice has equipped her with a deep understanding of procedural and substantive law, enriching her teaching methodology.

Ms. Riya Saji
(LLB, LLM)
Ms. Riya Saji is a qualified legal professional with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Rights from the Inter University Centre for IPR Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Mar Gregorios College of Law, Trivandrum, under the University of Kerala.
She has served as Assistant Lecturer in Law at Mount Zion Law College, Pathanamthitta, and previously worked as a Junior Advocate at Pachayil Associates. She has also practiced independently as a legal consultant.
Her academic and research interests include privacy law, intellectual property rights, the WTO-TRIPS framework, and public health. She has presented research papers at national and international conferences, and her publication on privacy laws in India appeared in a UGC-approved journal.
Riya Saji has contributed to several academic events, both as participant and organizer, and has undergone internships in a variety of legal and governmental institutions. She is particularly skilled in legal research, academic evaluation, policy analysis, and legal communication.

Mrs. K Naga Tulasi brings over 10+ years of combined academic and Legal experience in the legal field. From June 2025, she is Working as Assistant Professor with NA Global Law College handling Law subjects like Constitutional law, Administrative law, BNS, Contracts and student guidance.
Previously she worked as Lecturer in Rajeev Gandhi institute of Law (2011-2015), and practiced in civil and criminal courts of Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh. She worked as contracts management consultant in Key to Contracts Pvt Ltd.
