NAJBS unit of N A Educational Trust focuses on re-imagine the future. In 2017 NAJBS affiliated with Bangalore University & Approved by the Government of Karnataka are a fledging media school & business studies college with professionals and well-qualified faculties. NAJBS has well qualified Principal Director Mr Gurumurthy who has completed his B.A. in 2004 and M.A. in History and Archaeology in 2011, B. Ed. in 2005 and M.Ed. in 2012, PG Diploma in Ranga Madyama in 2010. He has qualified TET in 2016 and KSET in 2021. He has 11 years of Teaching Experience in both schools and college cumulatively. Mr Gurumurthy, at NAJBS continually strive to develop a curriculum to bring the latest advances in pedagogy to our classrooms through additional value-added programmes/workshops / and seminars of national and international level. Assess outcome & start the cycle again to maximize the fulfilment of our students potential, so that our young journalists & managers are enabled to have a holistic approach and take the challenges confidently. NAJBS has well qualified HOD Ms Vijayalakshmi Shibaroor Master in Mass Communication and Journalism from Mangalore University having 19 years of experience in Journalism (Print & Electronic Media). She is one of the famous Anchor, Editor Special Investigation and bagged many awards such as Madhyam Ratna, Bangalore Ratna, Karnataka Media Academy award, Madhyam Snamaan, Veernaari Nagalambika award etc.,

Alvin Mendonca
(MA)
Alvin Mendonca is the Director of Educational consulting and Corporate Training at Eye 4 Media. He is a journalist with stellar work experience of over ten years in the fields of television, print and online journalism. Earlier he was the Special Correspondent (Chief of Metro Bureau- Bengaluru) at News 18 Network, where he covered special visual stories related to crime, metro and politics in Bengaluru.
Hailing from the coastal city of Mangalore, Alvin discovered his passion and knack for journalism while working as a reporter for two digital media organizations, Mangalore Mitra and Coastal digest. Thereafter, he moved to Bangalore to scale greater heights by reporting for leading news agencies, The Times of India and DNA – Daily News and Analysis.

S.Senthil Devi has completed under graduation bachelor of commerce in the year 2000, completed post-graduation master of commerce in the year 2002. master of philosophy in the year 2006.
She has held a special position of a tax return preparer from the income tax department. started the career as a lecturer in the same year 2002. actively took leadership overall women cell activities. a successful mentor. strongly motivated the students in various social and cultural activities.
Overall 10 years of teaching experience, service rendered in Fatima college (Madurai), alpha arts and science college(Chennai), institute of chartered accountants(Coimbatore) and NA global law school.
