India observes National Anti-terrorism Day on 21st May every year to honour the memory of India’s former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who was assassinated on May 21, 1991, by a terrorist group named LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.
This day was celebrated in our college to spread awareness about the combatting terrorism and promoting unity and peace in the country. This day serves as a reminder of the tragic consequences of terrorism and the need for constant vigilance against such terrorist acts.
